Refund policy
At Torch Paste, we know that while shopping online can be fast, easy and FUN- it can also be a little stressful! We want your shopping experience to be happy and fulfilling. For those times, we do have a return policy in place.
Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our stipulations for returning an item from our website.
- You will have 10 days from the time of delivery to return your items for store credit. This EXCLUDES items on sale with a discount price greater than 10%, those items are FINAL SALE.
- Items can be returned for store credit ONLY, issued in the form of a gift card or code. We DO NOT issue refunds.
- If you purchase from the WEBSITE, your store credit will be emailed to you, and might filter to your junk mail. Please check there! In order to use the credit you will apply the code at checkout where it asks for codes and discounts. Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price greater than 10% is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-opened.
- Include your packing slip with your return, circling the item you are returning. (This really helps us out!) If the packing slip was not included, please make a note of your order number on your return.
- Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end or your item was damaged in some way when you received it. This does not include items that you changed your mind on.
- Please allow our team 2-3 business days to process your return once it is received at our site.
- Please note that our return policy applies to both domestic and international orders.
